Courier management and app

Choose how deliveries are assigned: a dispatcher can allocate addresses to couriers, or, when enabled in the settings, couriers can claim deliveries themselves from the app. This is a key operating choice for your team.

Couriers see what needs to be delivered and where it needs to go. They can mark a delivery as completed or indicate that they are waiting for a new job. The app also supports courier tracking.
